The vibration of the device indicates that it is detecting an optimal area where it can efficiently target nerve fibers and alleviate symptoms of inflammation. However, it's important to note that this vibration doesn't necessarily indicate areas of notable congestion or pain.
It is normal for the number of treatment points to vary (areas/frequency) for each person, and even from one treatment to the next. Treat the entire sinus area as directed for 5 minutes, and then focus on specific sinus areas where you experience the most discomfort.
