Our Website is intended to provide you information and materials regarding Tivic and our proprietary microcurrent technology and the ability to purchase and provide feedback regarding our products and services.  Tivic is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and customers. We will not share any personal information of users and customers of our Website and we will not use your personal information to market our goods and services unless you specifically consent.  This Privacy Policy applies only to all information collected or submitted on the Website.

By using the Website, you expressly consent to our collection of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.  This Policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the Website or as we incorporate suggestions from our users and customers. If we combine information that is not in personally identifiable form with information that is (such as combining your name with your geographical location), we will treat the combined information as personal information as long as it is combined.

F. Your choices regarding the collection, use and distribution of your information

If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the Website.  You also have the option of setting your browser to reject “cookies.” However, doing this will hinder performance and negatively impact your experience using the Website.

This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information through the Website from residents of the United States.  By using the Website you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated and will be subject to the laws of the United States.
